CROYDON — desk POD / open access

Desk spaces with direct access to print rooms, situated on the ground floor of the Art House in Croydon, home also to more than 60 artists from ASC working in a range of fine art and designer/make practices.

All desk spaces include access to the print rooms with a range of professional screenprint and intaglio equipment (find out more about our facilities), 24/7 access all year round, wifi, heating, secure bike storage, showers, access to shared breakout space. Inclusive of all bills. We require 1 month deposit in advance and 1 month’s notice when vacating, with a minimum 3 month term OR short term lets also available - 1 month for £450 pm.

HANDBAG FACTORY, VAUXHALL
—Studio / desk POD / Open access

The studios are situated on the ground floor of the Handbag Factory. Located with easy reach from Vauxhall, Oval and Kennington, the former handbag factory now provides a beautiful space for creatives. The building will be alarmed and staffed by Artist Studio Company with access 7 days a week 8:00am - 9:00pm Monday to Friday / 8:00am - 6:00pm on weekends.

All spaces include unlimited free access to printmaking facilities on site for screenprint on paper, on fabric and intaglio processes. This includes London’s largest (unverified!) at 1.8m x 3m print bed, professional fabric printing table at 1.5m x 2.8m and a large etching press, bed 70x130cm. More here

Also included in the monthly rental are facilities such, kitchen, break out spaces, high-speed broadband, air source heating, communal garden, secure cycle storage. There is also a huge event space and public art gallery which is available to hire.

All studios and desks benefit from natural light, wifi, all bills included. We require 1 month’s rent in advance as deposit and 1 month’s notice when vacating.
